My friend Laura came into my room at her usual time of three this morning. The way she wears that noose around her neck you would think it was a pearl necklace. I love that girl. Today is one of those times that she wears her blue calico dress. She says to me “girl I know you been going thru some thangs this last two weeks but I done waited over a hundred years for someone to tell my story."

Both she and Woody agreed that I should go get some tea and write.
